I fished with Evans & Tracy on Lake Memphremagog today for Smallmouth Bass. The top-water bite was in full bloom, finally! The water temp was 65 degrees & the air was cool in the morning, but rose into the 70s by early afternoon. Over 50 smallies were landed up to 4 pounds and many more missed or lost while fighting. The offshore structures seemed to be the best choice for he bigger fish once again today. The winds were light in the morning, but increased to 15 to 20 knots in the afternoon, from the south. Overall, an excellent day with lots of action!!!
