More “Bang-O” Bites

Back on the water again today with Evans & Tracy for more smallmouth action. Lake Memphremagog is definitely on with the top-water bite as we threw prop baits all day long. The fish were a little slow in responding in some areas and had to be dead-sticked occasionally into taking the baits. Many 3 to 4 pound fish came aboard and were immediately released. All in all, about 50 bass were once again caught with many more just looking at the offerings. The water temps were 67 degrees & the air temps went into the upper 70s by the afternoon. Winds once again picked up in the afternoon but were only about 10 knots. All in all, an excellent two days fishing with plenty of action all day long!!!
