You may click the link to switch the active language.<\/p><p>Took a road trip with Darren today, to try for some big smallies. We weren\u2019t looking for numbers and hoped to get into only size. Although still big, they weren\u2019t really the ones we were looking for. With water temps at almost 60 degrees, the fish were everywhere. Unfortunately, so were the boats! Despite all our efforts, we had to settle for average big ones instead. The huge winds didn\u2019t help either, as they blew over 25 knots by afternoon. Regardless, it was still a great day out! This warm fall weather is about to change and I think it will trigger the really big ones into feeding more.
